I found the staff very cute. the breakfast selections were great with many choices (i liked the bacon). my room was very clean. It included everything i needed.

the hotel charged an extra fee for parking, even though it was in the hotel carpark.

The room air con failed. The safety catches prevented the windows from opening widely. This situation resulted in extreme noise and discomfort on the floor, with people shouting and slamming doors.

The room was just too warm. the air conditioning didn't work properly and all i got was a simple 'i'm sorry' when i asked about it. i really needed a fridge in the room too. I thought a hotel of this standard would have one. it's frustrating when these little things affect the quality of your stay.
