a lovely, tender getaway

helpful staff spacious room comfy sofa bed easy parking

The staff was very helpful, especially when i needed a receipt. our room felt spacious, accommodating a travel cot comfortably. the sofa bed was surprisingly big and comfy. the breakfast offered a decent start to the morning. we appreciated the ease of check-in. Parking was also simple.

during our stay, the room felt quite sparse. the building felt a bit dark in areas like the staircase and the lift was out of service

I found the staff very cute. the breakfast selections were great with many choices (i liked the bacon). my room was very clean. It included everything i needed.

the hotel charged an extra fee for parking, even though it was in the hotel carpark.

the hotel provides plenty of parking spaces arriving by car, which simplifies logistics. a little bar is on site, giving guests a convenient spot to unwind or socialize, even if i did not use it.

The staff displayed friendliness. Breakfast came included in the price.

The room air con failed. The safety catches prevented the windows from opening widely. This situation resulted in extreme noise and discomfort on the floor, with people shouting and slamming doors.

broken air conditioning missing fridge

The room was just too warm. the air conditioning didn't work properly and all i got was a simple 'i'm sorry' when i asked about it. i really needed a fridge in the room too. I thought a hotel of this standard would have one. it's frustrating when these little things affect the quality of your stay.
